Behind the scenes at MMY US
As the new year began, Team MMY US closed down the plant to allow our staff to spend the festive season with their loved ones.

As the new year began, Team MMY US closed down the plant to allow our staff to spend the festive season with their loved ones. While essential shut down works continued, most of the team took a well-deserved break to rest, recharge, and prepare for what promises to be an extraordinary year.
During the winter shutdown, our team made the most of the time by reorganizing the plant, optimizing material storage, and installing natural gas heating to create a safer and more comfortable workspace. At MMY US, delivering top-quality modular homes requires a top-quality environment, and this work ensures our crew can perform at their best.
We are deeply grateful to every member of our team for their hard work, dedication, and resilience. Special thanks go to Rob, Aasha, Kaylee, Joe and his maintenance crew, who stayed on-site to keep essential operations running smoothly throughout the holidays. Your commitment and professionalism are the backbone of everything we do, and we honor and thank each and every staff member for your contributions.

Reflecting on the past year, we are incredibly proud of what our team has achieved. From consistently upskilling to meeting ambitious production goals, every individual’s dedication has propelled MMY US to new heights. Your creativity, teamwork, and passion make our success possible, and we celebrate you for it.

As we’ve said before, we are just getting started. At MMY US, we are committed to making modular housing a real solution to America’s housing crisis, delivering quality, affordable homes to communities that need them most.
Looking ahead, we are excited to expand our team in 2026, welcoming new staff members across nearly every department. As we grow, we aim to strengthen our community, develop new talent, and continue innovating in modular housing. The year ahead is full of opportunity, and we can’t wait to achieve it together. Modular housing has never looked better, and it’s all thanks to our incredible team, loyal subscribers, supporters, and followers. Your support makes everything possible.
Employee Spotlight: Kayley, Accounting and Finance Manager at MMYUS
We are thrilled to recognize Kayley as our Employee of the Month! Since joining MMY US 10 months ago, Kayley has brought energy, expertise, and dedication to every project.
A Louisville native, Kayley has six years of experience in accounting across various public accounting roles, most recently as an auditor. Her deep understanding of the local community drives her passion for our mission. She is committed to making a real difference—building homes for families in need and supporting the environment she grew up in.
When asked what keeps her motivated at MMY US, Kayley said, “I love that we are building homes for low-income families and helping to solve the housing crisis.” Her dedication to creating positive change in her own city is inspiring and reflects the core values of our organization.
Thank you, Kayley, for your hard work, professionalism, and commitment. Your impact is felt every day, and we are proud to have you as part of the MMY US family!

With our plant located in Louisville, Kentucky, MMY US is actively manufacturing and delivering high-quality, climate-resistant, steel LEED Platinum single-family and multifamily modular housing and commercial buildings as both a mission-driven general contractor and a manufacturer.
We are not raising capital to get started.
We are not planning a factory.
We are not theorizing solutions.
We are in production today.
We have manufactured over 150 modules and delivered completed homes you can walk through—not concepts, not renderings—actual finished product across Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and beyond. Our modular homes are pre-permitted, replicable, and ready to deploy at scale.
This is what it looks like to build the future, not talk about it.
