MMY US Is Expanding Its Vision & We’re Taking You With Us

Our Future Endeavor
Our CEO, Robin Bartram Brown, was recently invited to attend an Endeavor National Selection Panel in Kansas City as an observer.
Endeavor is a global network built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs, focused on supporting high-impact business leaders who are transforming economies through innovation and scalable growth.
Robin will be pitching MMY US at the next International Selection Panel in Miami later this year and attended the recent panel to gain deeper insight into the interview process, panel structure, and overall selection journey.
What Is Endeavor?
Endeavor supports High-Impact Entrepreneurs — individuals who dream bigger, scale faster, and create lasting economic and social impact within their industries and communities.
Their core belief is simple: high-impact entrepreneurs transform economies.
By supporting and investing in founders with high-growth potential, Endeavor helps create thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems across emerging and developing markets worldwide.
Their global network provides mentorship, strategic guidance, investment opportunities, and long-term support for businesses with the potential to scale internationally.
As MMY US continues expanding its footprint across housing, modular innovation, and sustainable infrastructure, opportunities such as this represent an exciting step forward in the company’s long-term growth strategy.

First Affordable LEED Platinum Home Sold
This month marked a major milestone for Family Scholar House and MMY US, as client FSH Real Estate officially sold its first affordable home (AMI 80%).
FSH Real Estate was created to execute the housing components central to Family Scholar House’s mission of breaking the cycle of poverty through educational attainment and stable housing. As a subsidiary of Family Scholar House, the organisation focuses on creating housing opportunities that support long-term self-sufficiency, career advancement, financial stability, and generational wealth creation through homeownership.
MMY US served as co-developer, general contractor, and manufacturer for this groundbreaking project — the first affordable LEED Platinum-certified home in the United States.
This project was made possible through the support of Louisville Metro Government, and special thanks go to Jeff O’Brien, Laura Grabowski, and her team for their dedication and collaboration throughout the process.
A second affordable home is also scheduled to close this week, with another family preparing to move into their new home — another exciting step forward for this impactful initiative.

Cleveland Expansion & Modular Manufacturing RFP
MMY US has recently submitted a response to the City of Cleveland's RFP as part of its ongoing strategy to establish a modular manufacturing presence in Cleveland. If successful, this will further expand our presence in key U.S. housing markets.
As part of this bid, MMY US is contracted through Habitat for Humanity (Cleveland affiliate) to deliver a LEED Platinum-certified, affordable three-bedroom, two-bath single-family home.
For this project, MMY US acted as both the general contractor and manufacturer, delivering a fully turnkey solution—from site mobilization to final handover—in under seven weeks. This rapid delivery highlights the strength of MMY’s vertically integrated modular system and its ability to execute high-performance housing at speed without compromising quality or sustainability.
Four manufacturers participated in the wider selection process, with the completed homes recently toured by the Mayor of Cleveland, along with Council Members Starr, Howse-Jones, and Santana, as well as representatives from the City, the Port Authority, and Site Readiness for Good Jobs.
The home itself is a high-performance, energy-efficient steel structure designed to provide long-term durability, reduced operating costs, and a sustainable pathway to homeownership for families entering the Habitat for Humanity program.
This project represents an important step in demonstrating how modular construction can support affordable housing at scale while meeting ambitious environmental standards such as LEED Platinum certification.
MMY US looks forward to the outcome of this RFP and will continue to share updates as the process progresses.

A Personal Reflection on the Journey
By Jessica Rea — Social Media

It has now been nearly a year since I began working alongside Robin, Spencer, and the team on the expansion of MMY US’s social broadcasting initiatives. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the impact of the work being done through the partnership between MMY US and Family Scholar House.
Last year, I had the opportunity to travel to Louisville to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for MMY US and Family Scholar House’s first affordable LEED Platinum-certified home. Experiencing the project in person gave me a genuine appreciation for the level of care, collaboration, and attention to detail involved throughout every stage—from production and construction to the broader mission behind the development itself.
As someone from outside the United States, it has been incredibly inspiring to see the work being done by Family Scholar House and MMY US to create sustainable, high-quality, and affordable housing opportunities for families. Family Scholar House’s mission to help break the cycle of poverty through education and housing is something that left a lasting impression on me, and it is powerful to see that vision becoming a reality for homeowners.
Seeing the recent photo of the family purchasing this very home was a meaningful moment and a reminder of the real lives being impacted by this initiative. The dedication, effort, and vision behind this project are truly remarkable, and it is exciting to see such an important milestone reached.
Congratulations to the family on their new home and the beginning of this next chapter, and congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. Here’s to many more success stories and future homeowners who, thanks to MMY US and Family Scholar House, are able to access high-quality housing at an affordable level.
