2026 has already proven to be a landmark year for MMY US. We’ve pushed boundaries, reached new operational heights, and deepened our commitment to community impact. From major project milestones to meaningful fundraising efforts, this year reflects both our technical excellence and our values in action.

Project Spotlight: Sellersburg Benedictine Family Scholar House

The delivery and installation of the Sellersburg Benedictine Family Scholar House has been moving forward to completion.

This second building within the Sellersburg campus is a 42-module, 18-unit structure, executed with precision and efficiency:

1. March 12: Shipping commenced, with 4 modules staged on day one
2. March 13: Setting began, with 8 modules placed
3. Installation Pace: Averaged just over 8 modules/4000 sq ft per day
4. Completion: Module setting finalized in just 5 days

By the end of day six:

1. All structural fastenings were secured
2. Mate lines were fire sealed, fully foamed and sealed
3. The roof was weathered in

The final step—installation of Tyvek Type D—completed the “dry-in” phase, preparing the building for cladding and next-stage works.

The build quality speaks for itself, with excellent vertical and horizontal alignment planes across the façade, reinforcing MMY’s commitment to precision-engineered modular construction.

1. Plumbing integration
2. HVAC systems
3. Electrical connections
4. Sprinkler system tie-ins

This project stands as a strong example of how modular delivery can accelerate timelines without compromising quality.

Mission in Action: Building Futures with Family Scholar House

The Sellersburg campus represents more than construction—it’s about transforming lives.

In partnership with Family Scholar House and the Sisters of St. Benedict, this development will provide:

36 fully equipped residential units across two buildings

Housing for single mothers pursuing higher education

Safe, supportive environments for families breaking cycles of generational poverty.

Each unit includes:

Full kitchen and dining space

Living room

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms

In-unit laundry (with appliances generously donated by GE Appliances)

The mission is clear:

To empower families through education and create pathways to long-term self-sufficiency.

This aligns deeply with MMY’s values—delivering not just buildings, but infrastructure for opportunity and change.

Community Impact: Women, Wine & Shoes Fundraiser

Our commitment to the community extends beyond construction sites.

This year, MMY proudly supported the Women, Wine & Shoes fundraising event in Louisville, Kentucky—an evening that perfectly blended generosity, community spirit, and celebration.

Highlights from the night:

1. $602,260 total funds raised across the event.

2. MMY US & GLOBAL CEO Robin Bartram Brown led the charge as the top “Shoe Guy.”

3. With the support of friends, family, and vendors, Robin raised an incredible $11,256, the highest individual total of the evening.

Events like these reinforce what matters most: showing up, giving back, and supporting initiatives that uplift communities.

Our CEO, Robin Bartram Brown, recently joined a panel at One Louisville’s Quarterly Regional Economic Development Update, contributing to key discussions on:
