Howard has extensive experience in procurement, materials management, and supply chain operations within the construction and manufacturing industries. He has developed cost-effective purchasing strategies, optimized inventory, and strengthened supplier partnerships while collaborating with engineering, production, and operations teams. As Procurement Manager at MMY US, Howard oversees purchasing and material management, ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliable material availability to support the successful delivery of modular housing projects.
Kayley has over nine years of experience in accounting and financial management. Throughout her career, she has supported business operations through financial reporting, budgeting, process improvement, and sound financial controls. She works with teams across the organization to provide financial insight, streamline operations, and support informed decision-making. As the Finance Manager at MMY US, Kayley helps ensure the financial strength of the company as it delivers high-quality modular housing projects.
Syrus has over a decade of experience in residential construction management, with a focus on affordable housing since 2020 and more than six years in modular construction. He has led new construction, remodeling, and finish carpentry projects while developing expertise in LEED certification and city and state permitting. As Construction Director at MMY US, Syrus oversees all construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Rob has over 40 years of experience in construction and manufacturing operations, advancing from Supervisor and Assistant Production Manager to General Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Special Projects. He has overseen more than $1 billion in finished goods production, delivering modular, manufactured housing, FEMA, single-family, and multifamily projects. As General Manager of MMY US, Rob provides exceptional leadership and operational expertise.
Spencer has 25 years of executive experience in international construction consultancy, particularly in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. He has overseen projects for Saudi Aramco, The Public Investment Fund and IKEA.
Robin has over 30 years in construction, development, and project management. He is a seasoned civil engineer who spearheaded the UK's transition to modular construction. He has directed over 10 mega-projects valued at over $1 billion. As CEO of MMY Global, a leading modular consultancy, Robin has extensive experience with nearly every existing modular factory.
