2026 has already proven to be a landmark year for MMY US. We’ve pushed boundaries, reached new operational heights, and deepened our commitment to community impact.

Two months into 2026, and the momentum at MMY US continues to build.

As the new year began, Team MMY US closed down the plant to allow our staff to spend the festive season with their loved ones.

What a month it has been. As we close out 2025, we do so with extraordinary momentum, deep gratitude, and a renewed commitment to the communities we serve.

And we’re back! Another month of groundbreaking achievements and progress at MMY US. From setting a three-story, nine-unit condominium in just three days to making major strides on our Sellersburg project, the momentum keeps building.

This past month has been nothing short of extraordinary for MMY US. Our teams have achieved record-breaking engineering milestones and delivered outstanding results across multiple major projects.

On February 29, 2024, Mayor Craig Greenberg joined Governor Andy Beshear, Councilwoman Tammy Hawkins, and MMY US leadership at our newly developed factory in the Parkland neighborhood to officially announce the opening of our first U.S. modular housing manufacturing facility — bringing 73 new jobs to West Louisville.

From industry leaders, corporate partners, and suppliers, to neighbours, local business owners, and even modular enthusiasts who came to see innovation in action. We were thrilled to welcome over 150 guests on the day.
